Debbie O’Connor is the Director of Building First Homes. She has 20 years experience from land acquisition, personal planning and design of three bed houses to Grade II Listed building. Working with planning officers, tree protection officers and a building team. Debbie has a substantial network of subject matter experts, who will be appointed as necessary to ensure the success of each project.
Olivia O’Connor – Head of Procurement
